SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped by Via Canadapost airmail. If there’s any delay in the shipping of your order we will notify you via email.

Orders in Canada usually take 3-5 buisness days where as the USA takes approximately 10-15 business days to arrive. We do not guarantee delivery within this estimated time. This is the estimated time the postal service states orders should arrive once they ship.

International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. All International orders are shipped by airmail and should generally only take 1 week to arrive.

There is no tracking # or insurance available on airmail method of shipping so if you want insurance and or a tracking # available than you will need to upgrade to express post shipping / registered shipping which is additional please email us if you would like to request an upgrade from airmail.

RETURNS - REFUNDS

All returns must be made within 10 days of the item's receipt.
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and Shipping & handling fees are non refundable

If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Unfortunately, due to fraud we must receive the items back prior to sending a replacement.

-If the product is damaged or defective (not the shipping carton, but the actual product), we are not liable. We will replace the item in some cases at our discretion

PAYMENT METHODS

Our website accepts payments via Paypal's shopping cart. If you would like to send payment by cash, money order, Bidpay.com or personal cheques please contact us at support@princeofdiamonds.com and request a total on the items you want and information on how to go about making payments.

PRICING POLICY

In the rare event that prices are displayed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, Prince of Diamonds reserves the right to correct any error, to decline or cancel any order displayed at the incorrect price, and to issue a credit. We will make every effort to immediately contact you regarding any pricing error.
